  • Step 1: This Promotion is applicable to all customer who purchase Qualifying Sony Products (“You”) between Offer Period from the designated Sony participating dealers either online or instore purchases. You must submit your claims on or before 15thFebruary 2023.
  • Step 2: You have to log on to: https://e-redeem.com/showmax to claim against TV Purchase and https://e-redeem.com/ke to claimagainst other Qualifying Sony Products excluding TV or scan the QR code available atdesignated Sony participating dealers store and click on the “Claim” button to register.
  • Step 3:You must provide the below details to claim:
    • Qualifying Sony Products information: model, serial number, purchase date and name of the retailer
    • Your personal details: name, email address, postal addressand telephone number
    • A copy of the invoice against such purchase. However, online order confirmations will not be accepted
      • After providing the above information, please click “Submit” button.
  • Step 4: After submission of your claim, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message confirming your registration on your registered email addressand/or telephone number.
  • Step 5: If your claim satisfies all the Promotion Terms and Conditionsand you will receive an email conforming the corresponding Gift/Reward as mentioned in below table:

  • ThisSWITCH TO SONY(“Promotion”) is brought to you by Sony Market Development MEA FZCO whose business office is in Eden Square 7th Floor, Westlands Road, Nairobi. By participating in this Promotion,You accept these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such promotion which have been mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to You in any other way.
  • By participating in this Promotion, You consent to the data practices described in the [E-Karigar]Internal Data Privacy Standard https://ekarigartech.com/privacy/ and Cookie Policy https://ekarigartech.com/privacy/(collectively as"Data Rules") as well as our Promotion Terms and Conditions . If You do not agree to any part of the Data Rules, then You should stop participating in this Promotion. It is important that You read the Data Rules so that You are fully aware of how and why E-Karigar is using your personal data.
  • This Promotion is to reward You on your purchase, within the offer period 14th November 2022 to 15th January 2023 (“Offer Period”), for new Sony 4K Android and/or Google TV and/or Sony Sound Bar and/or selected models of Sony Headphones and/or selected models of Sony Bluetooth speakers as specified in Table 1 (“Qualifying Sony Products”).
  • You can receive anyGift/Reward, only if You have:
    • Purchased Qualifying Sony Products from designated participating dealers such as Anisumaoutlets,Gametroniqoutlets,Safaricom outlets,electronic shops (including supermarkets and hypermarkets), and online platforms within the borders of Kenya during Offer Period.
    • Followed all the steps in “HOW TO REDEEM”.
      Please note that nothing other than the correct details of the Qualifying Sony Products and a clear picture of the receipt uploaded on the website clearly showing the name of the outlet, product bought, and date of purchase will be considered for the Promotion.
    • It is necessary to have access to the internet with sufficient broadband speed and downloadcapabilityin order to complete the claim form. Sony will not be held liable for any technical,hardware, software, server, website or internet connection issues which prevent or otherwiseobstruct you from participating in the Promotion.
    • If You are unable to proceed with the claim, Sony reserves the right to forfeit the Gift/Reward.
  • Other terms:
    • If you purchased multiple Sony 4K Android/Google TVs, Sony Sound Bars, Sony Headphones and Sony Bluetooth Speakers, Youshould enter each Qualifying Sony Product separately. Each Qualifying Sony Product bought will be awarded the corresponding gift as per the Table 1 below.
    • The Showmax Pro voucher/Gifts/Safaricom Airtime cannot be exchanged for cash nor sold or transferred to someone else whether for value or not.
    • This Promotion for Showmax Pro voucher/Gifts and Airtime is for end user customers only, wholesaleand commercial purchases or products bought for resale and/or commercial use do not qualify.
    • For clarity, Qualifying Sony Products must have been purchased within the Offer Period. Qualifying Sony Products bought before or after the Offer Period will not qualify and can’t claim for the Promotion. Sony reserves the right to discontinue this Promotion at any time for any reason without notice. Sony shall not be responsible for validity, performance or any other things related to the Showmax Pro voucher/Gift/Airtime. Usage and data services of theShowmax Pro voucher orAirtime will be subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider once received. Sony will not assume liability of any matters arising from the usage of the said services.
    • Sony reserves the right to substitute any of the offers for products or services of equivalent status and value as necessary.
    • Sony reserve the right to withhold and/or refuse to the claim :(i) where the claim under this Promotion is false or fraudulent or the claim does not comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions, (ii) where a claim includes a serial number that has been used for a claim under this Promotion.
    • This Promotion shall be governed and construed by the laws of Kenya.
